The project management course provides an introduction to the discipline of project management, using practical systems and techniques, and also provides insights into successful people management in project teams.

Effective project management can deliver customer satisfaction, save on resources, motivate teams and deliver profitability. You will develop your own planning skills; learn about successful scheduling and resourcing, and delivering projects within budget and to required specifications.
