The Digital media course for managers entitled 'The Complete Digital Manager' is a 5 day course that covers the 5 pillars of effective management in a digital organistation.

The digital media course is split into 3 days in the first week and 2 days in the second week run over a period of one month and provides digital media training for new and established managers.

The course ensures that the skills individuals use everyday, are augmented with enhanced commercial and soft skills, to help them develop into more rounded or complete managers.

Established, new and potential managers in digital enterprises including creative agencies, media companies, client side organisations in the commercial and NFP sectors.

Digital media course overview
A five day programme (3 days + 2 days) of digital media training with an experienced tutor and around 10 to 20 delegates.

Digital media training objectives:

  • Provide an insight into the 5 pillars of effective management in a digital organisation
  • Introduce the concept of personality profiling; its role in behaviour management and building good personal and team relationships
  • Develop good strategic thinking and idea generation processes to build value in working with clients
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the motivations of leaders within this sector and how to grow businesses profitably
  • Engage participants in working on real briefs with each other and introducing them to team working with individuals who might have different skills and learning styles

Logistics
Each day the digital media course starts at 9:30am and concludes at around 5pm with the opportunity to network with other delegates afterwards.

About the trainer
The digital media course is preseneted by Andrew, a capable and commercial marketing communication professional with over twenty five years multi-national blue chip client, digital media training and media agency managment experience including fifteen years at McCann-Erickson.

He has a track record of developing multi-channel online revenue streams resulting in significant, profitable and sustainable web media businesses. He now runs his own consultancy, digital media training and coaching practice in addition to holding a number of Non Executive Director positions in high tech companies and SMEs in the North West.
